User Agreement

Welcome to Juno (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Juno application, a pet growth diary tool designed for recording and managing pet-related memories and daily notes. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Juno is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not provide services to minors and reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if this requirement is violated.

2. Description of Services

Juno provides basic diary and record-keeping functionality focused on pet growth and daily life. Users may create, edit, store, and manage pet-related diary entries and related content for personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

• You will use the App only for lawful purposes

• All content you create or upload is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• You will not use the App to store or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content

• You are solely responsible for the content you create and maintain within the App

You understand that diary content is stored based on the App’s functionality, and you are responsible for backing up any important information if needed.

4. User Content

All content you create within Juno, including diary entries and pet information (“User Content”), remains your responsibility. You retain ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services.

We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to the app design, interface, logos, and software, are owned by Juno or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Juno, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or misuse the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Juno is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, availability, or suitability for your specific needs. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or device issues.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Any changes will become effective once published within the App or updated in this document. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
